Guidelines

Literary Tonic is the place for poetry and flash fiction that is gritty, raw and real.

Send up to three poems or two flash fiction pieces (600 words max for each story) in the body of an email to

toniceditor@yahoo.com.

Simultaneous submissions are fine, as well as reprints as long as the author retains all rights. We aren’t too uptight around here. We look forward to hearing from you.

We will also consider book reviews of all kinds – chapbook, novels, anthologies, as well as original photography. If you think we’d be interested send it in.

We would also welcome music reviews. Got a favorite local band who has a new CD?
